Kimiko J Donahue

Kimiko “Kimi” Donahue is a business strategist, speaker, musician, and high-performance coach with nearly two decades of experience in insurance, leadership, sales, and entrepreneurship. A 5x founder with successful exits, she has built companies across insurance, wellness, and service industries while helping teams and individuals unlock higher levels of confidence, communication, and sustainable growth.

She specializes in identity transformation, NLP-based sales training, leadership development, and subconscious reprogramming. She holds her CIC designation in the insurance space, and certifications in NLP, hypnosis, MER®, and integrative coaching modalities, blending practical business strategy with deep personal transformation work.

Known for her “unlabeled” philosophy, Kimi’s work centers around helping high-capacity women reconnect with who they are beyond their titles, roles, and expectations.

Outside of business, Kimi is a vocalist and performer in multiple rock and metal bands; bringing creativity, stage energy, and authenticity into everything she teaches. Her approach combines real-world business experience with emotional depth, helping women create success that feels aligned, sustainable, and fully their own.

Angel June Hacker

Angel June Hacker is a powerhouse in the powersports industry with over 13 years of experience in motorcycle sales, marketing, operations, and brand development. She built and grew her first business venture — a dog training company — at just 17 years old before discovering her passion for sales and high-performance business growth. Today, she serves as the North American Aftermarket Sales Manager for SBS Friction, an international braking company under the Brembo Group.

Beyond the corporate world, Angel is a certified yoga instructor, breathwork practitioner, sound healer, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, and lifelong motorcyclist. Her work uniquely bridges high-level sales psychology with personal transformation, helping women redefine their relationship with money, abundance, confidence, and success.

Angel’s teaching focuses on the subconscious belief systems and behavioral patterns that influence career growth, income potential, and financial outcomes. Through mindset work, nervous system regulation, and practical sales strategy, she empowers women to create sustainable success aligned with who they truly are.
